Development Elkay Women’s Professional Network Strategy
Defined a process for defining and validating the Elkay’s Women’s Professional Network Strategy and linking the strategy to the Elkay business strategy. Identified a number of programs in support of the Women’s Strategy.
Principles of business strategy:
All unit and operational strategies, including specific programs, must support and link to the overall corporate strategy.
Focus groups and interviewing provide valuable data.
ERP System Review with Recommendations
Performed a gap analysis, with recommendations, for the system that supports student enrollment, advancement and curriculum planning and administration.
This consulting assignment reminded me:

Information Technology Assessment and Gap Analysis
Performed an overall information technology assessment for a membership organization. The assessment included gaps and recommendations for: staffing, technical competencies, and information technology process improvements. IT cost and investments were benchmarked against best practices.
